| 内容記述 | 不器用及び算数の学習困難を主訴とする1症例に対して,対象児の認知特性に配慮した学習方略を検討した.対象児は数唱や数字の読み書きや位取りの理解は可能であったが,順序数の理解及び量の意味,数字での大小関係比較も困難であった.また,視空間認知や空間認知においても弱さを呈しており,図形の異同弁別の理解は可能であるが,目と手の協調運動及び実際に図形を正確に描く際に不器用さから道具操作を適切に使用しながらの模写や描画が苦手であった.今回の主訴が「割り算が出来ない」であったことより,計算能力の向上を目的とした訓練を実施した.段階式に訓練を実施する中で,視覚的補助を減少させていくことにより計算作業の短縮化及び視覚的イメージ化の促進を図った.その結果,割り切れる割算計算(2桁÷1桁)において,短期間での向上が見られた. | |||||

| 内容記述 | We explored a strategy to facilitate learning by a child whose major problems were clumsiness and difficulty learning,with the child's cognitive characteristics taken into account. The child was capable of reciting the names of numbers,recognizing printed numbers,writing numbers,and understanding the position of the decimal point.However the child had difficulty understanding ordinal numbers,the meaning of quantity,and comparing the sizes of nembers.The child's visuo-spatial cognition and spatial awareness were also poor.Although the child was able to judge similarities and differences among patterns to distinguish different patterns from each other,it was difficult for the child to copy or draw using tools appropriately because of poor eye-hand coordination and a poor ability to illustrate the patterns precisely. Because the child's major problem was an inability to perform division,we provided instruction to improve calculating skills,During a step-wise process,the use of visual aids was reduced progressively to facilitate more rapid calculation and the acquisition of visual images by the child.Soon after the start of the instruction program,the child showed improvement in the ability to perform the division of evenly divisible numbers(a two-digit number divided by a one-digit number).This case is reported. | |||||
