| 内容記述 | 本研究では言語聴覚士養成校に在籍する学生の実習期間中における心理的ストレス反応の継時的変化を捉えると共に,ストレスから立ち直る力の個人差について検討を行った.方法として,ストレス反応尺度およびレジリエンス尺度を用い,臨床実習の前後に測定を行った.対象は言語聴覚士養成校に在籍する学生名であった.その結果,心理的ストレス反応の実習前後での変化が認められた.実習後のストレス反応には低減がみられたが,レジリエンスの高い者ほど,実習後のストレス反応は低減する傾向が認められた.これらのことから,実習後の学内活動に取り組む上でも,レジリエンスの低い者のサポートが重要となることが示唆された. | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between resilience and psychological stress response of the speech therapist students during their clinical practices.The relationship was investigated before and after the clinical practices by the stress response scale and resilience scale.The samples consisted of 39 speech therapist students.The results were the following:1)There was a statistically significant difference in the stress response between before and after the clinical practices.2)In the case of the students with the high resilience scores,the low psychological stress responces were exhibited after the clinical practices.It was suggested that the supports will be needed for the low resilience students. | |||||
