@article{oai:kochireha.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000163, author = {稲田, 勤 and 坂上, 可名 and 掛水, 幸代}, journal = {高知リハビリテーション学院紀要, Journal of Kochi Rehabilitation Institute}, month = {Mar}, note = {単語レベルの発話は200程度あるものの,二語文以上の多語発話のない2歳11ヶ月の幼児に対して,VOCA(Voice Output Communication Aid)を用いた二語文,三語文の発話訓練を行った.訓練に先立ち,理解語,表出語を調べるために語彙チェックリストを作成し,表出できる名詞,動詞,形容詞を抽出した.抽出した語から二語文,三語文の文型を決定し,VOCAのオーバーレイに抽出された語をシンボル化して配置した.また,抽出した語の事物(模型,ミニチュア)を準備した.対象児は,見本刺激(事物)とシンボル(VOCA)のpointingによる見本合わせを求められた.訓練効果を測定するために一事例の実験デザインを用いた. 結果,口頭による二語文,三語文の命名率は,ベースライン期ほぼ0%,確認期は,二語文ほぼ100%,動作語課題の三語文は11%程度であったが,その他の三語文課題は89%程度であった.訓練で使用した多語文の日常生活での出現率は,母親からの聞き取りで90%以上であった., In a toddler aged two years and 11 months,showing 200 types of utterance at the 1-word level but no multiple word utterances,we performed 2- and 3-word utterance training.Prior to training,a work checklist was produced to clarify comprehended and expressed words,and nouns,verbs,and adjectives that can be expressed were extracted.Based on the extracted words,the patterns of 2- and 3-word sentences were determined,and the extracted words were arranged as symbols on the overlay of the VOCA.In addition,objects(models,n\miniatures)of the extracted words were prepared.The subject was asked to perform matching-to-sample tasks.To measure training effects,an experimental design in a case was used. As a result,the oral naming rate for 2- and 3-owrd sentences was almost 0% during the baseline period.In theconfirmation period,the oral naming rate was almost 100% for 2-word sentences,11% for 3-word sentences using an action word task,but about 89% for the other 3-word sentences tasks.An interview with the mother showed that the appearance rate of multiple sentences,which were used in the training,in daily life was more than 90%.}, pages = {1--6}, title = {2語文発話のない幼児への一事例の実験デザインによるVOCAを用いた多語発話訓練の効果}, volume = {14}, year = {2013} }
